A deep maroon saree in semi gaji silk, worked in bandhani from the Bhuj cluster, where thousands of tiny points are tied by hand before dyeing in natural dyes, so each dot is lifted from the cloth itself. The body carries a fine diamond lattice of dots, with scrolling vine motifs leading into the pallu, and a golden zari border with a softly gathered, crinkled finish.
